Refund policy

We want every creative moment to be a happy one
If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Products that have been colored, washed, or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

• Email us at info@shoplawenme.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
• Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Stripe).
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Items

• Used, washed, or customized products
• Items returned after 7 days
• Items not in original condition or packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
