General Questions
Are the markers safe for kids?
Yes. All markers included are non-toxic and meet international children’s safety standards.
Are the colors really washable?
Yes. Colors wash off with a standard 30C wash. The product comes out clean and ready to be colored again.
Can my child use their own markers?
We recommend using washable markers only.
Permanent markers may not wash off.
From what age can kids use the products?
Most items are suitable from 3 years old and up. Younger children should be supervised while coloring.
How many times can the product be reused?
Many times! Since it's made of cotton, slight fading or softening may happen over time with washing, that's normal.
Will the design fade after washing?
The black outline stays clear wash after wash, and the coloring washes out so you can color again. Some natural fading may occur over time, as with any cotton product.
How do I wash the product?
- Machine wash at 30C
- Do not use bleach
- Air dry for best results
- Iron on low heat if needed
Can I hand wash it?
Yes. Hand washing works, but machine washing is more effective for full color removal.
Are your products safe to wash with regular clothes?
Yes. Colors do not transfer once inside the machine.
What materials do you use?
Products are made from cotton canvas or soft cotton blends, depending on the item.
Do the colors stain furniture or skin?
Colors wash off skin with water and soap.
Furniture stains depend on the surface, so we recommend using markers during playtime on a safe area.
What’s included in each kit?
A typical kit includes the product, and a set of washable markers.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our products come in a Canva bag, perfect for gifting and celebrations.
Do you offer custom designs?
Not for now, but it may be introduced in future releases.

What is your shipping time?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
For delivery outside UAE please contact us.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace the item for free.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days.
Do you have stores or is it online only?
Currently, we sell online. Retail partnerships will be added in the future.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently UAE and GCC.
